The main equipment of the helium liquefier includes:

① Helium Compressor② Cold Box③ Liquid Helium Dewar④ Oil Separator⑤ Control Cabinet⑥ Coaxial Transfer Line⑦ Impure Helium Dryer⑧ Recovery Compressor⑨ Liquid Nitrogen Storage Tank⑩ Helium Storage Tank⑪ Helium Cylinder Bank⑫ Recovery Gas Bag.

The above diagram shows the system composition of a helium compression and liquefaction unit with built-in purification and recovery systems, divided into two main parts:

Part 1: Key components include:helium screw compressor, oil removal system,gas pressure control system,cold box,control system,liquid helium dewar,cryogenic transfer lines and online dryer. Primary function: Direct liquefaction of high-purity helium gas. The cold box of the helium liquefaction system is equipped with an internal purification system, capable of online purification of impure helium gas with concentrations ranging from 90% to 99.9%, producing high-purity helium gas before liquefaction.

Part 2: Impure Helium Recovery System Core components include:high-pressure helium compressor,helium recovery gas bag and online dryer. Function of this part is to recover evaporated helium gas from end-users into the helium recovery gas bag, compresses it into high-pressure cylinders, and then removes moisture via the online dryer before feeding it into the helium liquefaction system. The high-pressure helium compressor is equipped with oil filtration, drying, dust removal, and filtration devices.
