Liquid Helium Dewars

The liquid helium dewar product series is designed for the transportation and storage of cryogenic liquid helium, providing reliable solutions for applications in low-temperature superconductivity, NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), and mega-science projects. As a critical component of cryogenic systems in the liquid helium temperature range, the entire series incorporates vacuum-insulated multilayer wrapping, vapor-cooled shielding, and cryogenic adsorption technologies to minimize helium evaporation rates. Featuring advanced thermal insulation design, these dewars require no liquid nitrogen pre-cooling and are user-friendly for operation and maintenance.

Cryostats

Cryostats utilize cryogenic fluids or other methods to maintain samples at a constant low temperature or achieve controlled temperature variations, enabling the measurement of one or multiple physical properties. A cryostat refers to the integrated system of an experimental dewar vessel and its internal apparatus, widely used in:

Thermal property measurements at cryogenic temperatures.

Cryogenic Distribution Valve Box

The cryogenic distribution valve box is a critical component of cryogenic systems, designed to distribute cryogenic fluids to various endpoints through distribution valves, ensuring the proper operation of cryogenic systems and equipment. It primarily consists of a vacuum-insulated cold box, cryogenic valves, cryogenic bayonets, multi-layer insulation, safety pressure relief devices, and temperature and pressure measurement systems. We undertakes the design, manufacturing, and integration of various types of cryogenic valve boxes.



Cryogenic Transfer Lines

Cryogenic transfer lines are essential components of cryogenic systems, used to transport cryogenic fluids to different endpoints. These lines employ vacuum multi-layer insulation to minimize heat leakage and are primarily composed of an outer pipe, vacuum interlayer, multi-layer insulation, insulating supports, expansion joints, and radiation shields. Depending on the quantity of cryogenic fluids being transported, they can be classified as single-channel or multi-channel cryogenic transfer lines. Based on rigidity, they can be categorized as rigid or flexible pipes. We undertakes the design, manufacturing, and integration of various types of cryogenic transfer lines.
