20K Helium Refrigerator
The 20K helium refrigerator uses a helium turbo reverse Brayton cycle to achieve cooling capacity at 20K. In this system, the cold helium gas below 20K cools the user equipment before returning to the cold box for cold recovery and recycling.
Main Components: Compressor,Oil filter,20K cold box (vacuum-insulated, with multi-stage heat exchangers, turboexpander, internal adsorber, cryogenic valves, and sensors),Control system and Helium buffer tank.

Applications of Large-Scale Cryogenic Refrigerators (20K-2K) and Liquefiers
These systems are widely used in:
l Superconducting accelerators
l Nuclear fusion devices
l Superconducting high-field magnets
l Reactor cold neutron sources (CNS)
l Spallation neutron sources (SNS)
l Superconducting power equipment
l Superconducting maglev systems
l Space cryogenic environment simulation
l Helium recovery, liquefaction, and storage
l Hydrogen liquefaction and storage
They represent core technologies for large-scale scientific projects, aerospace, and new energy industries, reflecting national competitiveness.
4.5K Helium Refrigerator
Large-scale helium refrigerators use compressors to generate high-pressure helium. Part of the gas expands in turboexpanders for refrigeration, while the remainder is gradually cooled in multi-stage heat exchangers before being throttled through a Joule-Thomson valve to produce liquid helium for user equipment. The evaporated helium returns to the cold box for cold recovery and recycling. Such systems are called helium refrigerators.
